Do not support Makro. They have the worst Customer Service ever. If you are not happy with your purchase and need to return it they find every excuse not to process your refund or collect the return!! One can never speak to anyone in management!!! Too many call center agents who pass the buck.
I am a Rental Agent working on behalf of a Landlord who purchased an apartment in The Pepper Club and I am sure he paid dearly for it. I placed a tenant and the Pepper Club staff have been nothing but rude and obnoxious and not very helpful to the tenant and myself as an Agent. It is despicable, service is service no matter whether you are a tenant or a guest and they do not have it! I do not recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay!
