Just back from this, the most disappointing Mother’s Day ever. Nobody to meet us at reception, no welcome drink, stale food and empty plates, wait staff unsure about what was supposed to happen, no decor or acknowledgement of mothers … at a cost of R3000.

This one SH*T SHOW - you might as well he staying in a cubicle in Hong Kong. But NO WONDER as the TINY ARROGANT little GM has a sh*t attitude of NOTE. What a joke in this Economy to hire GM'S with short man syndrome ???

The F&B manager named Wihan Riekert, wanted to charge us for 8 people but only 6 people had lunch. He showed me a quote that was sent to me, and it clearly stated 6 people. When I questioned it, after a whole argument, he told us that he’ll take off the extra 2 but we are not allowed back to the establishment, very powerful words from a F&B manager! So much for customer service!

Pathetic service. This place is a dump and misrepresent themselves. I booked a room with breakfast and now I am here and all of a sudden they have pathetic stories. Room is dirty. It is really dispicable. This hotel should not have any star ratings!!!!

I am a Rental Agent working on behalf of a Landlord who purchased an apartment in The Pepper Club and I am sure he paid dearly for it. I placed a tenant and the Pepper Club staff have been nothing but rude and obnoxious and not very helpful to the tenant and myself as an Agent. It is despicable, service is service no matter whether you are a tenant or a guest and they do not have it! I do not recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay!

Clean and neat and upmarket enough to warrant the price, but we were met with the absolute opposite of hospitality by 'Cosmos' who apparently is the "banqueting manager." We were seated out of the way around the corner with our daughter (in order to be out of the way of other guests at breakfast). As our waitress seated us, she opened the curtains and opened the sliding door as it was a beautiful hot morning. After 5 minutes and as I'd sat down to my breakfast Cosmos walked up and closed the door without looking at us, and when I confronted him he said 'the place is airconditioned'. If it is, it certainly was not on at the time - and that is not the way to deal with a guest, especially after I had asked him to explain it and he summarily disappeared, never to be seen again. We'll stay at your establishment again, but we'll make sure to avoid Copa and Cosmos. It pretty much ruined our stay, and that is the last impression we have of your establishment.

I am highly discusted and dissapointed... I made a booking for me and my partner for a 3 hour massage for the 21 Nov... Its his 40th birthday! When i phoned this afternoon to confirm my booking.. The lady told me that the computer was broken and the booking was not saved.. So i asked if they could still make the booking so it was only for an hour.. But i wanted the 3 hour massage.. I then asked for friday the 22nd but it was full... I am very dissapointed in this service! I will definitley not reffer anybody to this hotel ever!
