Worst bank I have come across. No response, long delays with everything, untrained staff, mediocre service. As your customer I am even ashamed to be associated with you. Still waiting for a response for an escalation of over two weeks ago. Really crazy!!!
I have been a loyal of Kulula for roughly 19 years. I was dissappointed that for their operation reasons they had to keep grounding their flights and now expect us to travel impromptu by the end of November. When this was taking place they were more than happy that customers understood and did not complain and ended up buying tickets to fly other airlines. This is a real disgusting and unethical behaviour on their part. More like theft as they can now pocket all the funds for those who cannot fly according to their schedule. This airline is pathetic and should be grounded for good!!!
Pathetic service. This place is a dump and misrepresent themselves. I booked a room with breakfast and now I am here and all of a sudden they have pathetic stories. Room is dirty. It is really dispicable. This hotel should not have any star ratings!!!!
The expectation is that I settle an invoice that was never sent to me. Might I add, I actually called BMW to ask about outstanding payments etc after nothing was forthcoming from their side. When I eventually asked the question after being promised the final invoice multiple times I was the one slapped with late payment fees. Question is what would have happened if I never followed up on this on multiple occasions. Is BMW just trying to make money by releasing invoices late so that they can charge penalty fees, I was with BMW for 8 years but thank you to them for leaving the bitter taste in my mouth with their unethical conduct. Mind you, each consultant gives a different amount daily..it keeps going up and down. Talk about being unethical and taking chances with customers who have been loyal to you. Shame on you BMW!!!!
****py and unprofessional service. On 3 occasions show up more than 3 hours later as if nothing had happened. Today I had already been to the shops because I couldn’t wait for hours and hours after the promised time to feed the kids. If you know what’s good from you stay away from this company. I would never use them even if they were the last delivery company on earth. I paid exorbitant fees abs paid twice for the groceries. Don’t use them!!!!
Mike’s kitchen Bryanston delivered empty containers at my house. The manager Gary was so arrogant and could care less. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in any restuarant. Stay away!!! Mikes kitchen should be ashamed of themselves.... just close your doors
Worst restuarant I have ever been to. Did not receive the right order first night. Went back the second night only to leave without eating. The manager is clueless and disengaged. Horrible experience that I will never want to repeat.
Worst delivery/ logistics in South Africa. Calls go unanswered!!!! Bad receptionist - Bryln Titus - would never do any business with this company ever again.
Byron Holland regional manager the worst human ive ever come across. Gave me a stinking attitude after giving me a phone that doesnt work. If he does not have customer service s****s i am not shocked at the level of service we ars getting from the store. Because of Byron and the hyde park store i am done with vodacom - worst service provider
I did a phone upgrade and the phone did not work from day 1. The manager is refusing to help and giving attitude and making faces as im turning my back. Talk about unprofessional conduct and being unscrupulous. Vodacom is the worst service provider i have ever come across. The regional manager is just as worse. Stay away if you know whats good for you.
