What a disappointment this year round. No dishwashubg liquid, no toilet spray in unit, cleaners standing round doing selfies when they have to clean. Putt putt course full of berries and leaves. Games room closed at 6pm? I think this will be our last visit....

I went to the resort for the Easter weekend, we had. Picnic by the river and I forgot my shades there. Sunday morning when we went for breakfast and I enquired about them and they confirmed that they saw them.. to my surprise it took them looking for them and they never got them… I was told they are calling the staff that was working that shift and all their phones were off 👀👀👀… are we being serviced by *******???? The manager then said I should leave my details they will contact me , it’s Thursday today no call from them non whatsoever, I followed up yesterday and they said they will get back to me at2 . That also didn’t happen , followed up again today and was told they are will revert back waiting on the manager … what kind of service is this?? Very disappointed in the place and will never go back there

I went to the resort for the Easter weekend, we had. Picnic by the river and I forgot my shades there. I made a special request for them to make the stay of my daughter and her 5 friends more memorable. Their vacation is for 7 days commencing on the 28th February 2025. Jade Oswin guided me regarding who to contact which I did and was assisted without any problems. I found that they didn't feel that I was creating extra work for them. I really appreciate their courteousness and work ethic.

wish to go there with a group of 22 pensioners and they want me to pay an extra 7000 rand for a lapa because they say we make to much noise at the chalets so they want us to pay an extra 6800 for a lapa which we wont use. we never visit as a group at one persons chalets so i dont see how they can say we make to much noise. never had such treatment from any other resort. now going to another company and no problem they are happy to have us and dont terat us as kokelolle

The Cabin we booked was old and grey, nothing like the picture. The Cabin was not painted or renovated like the picture, stop advertising lies. The Cabin was confusing. You use the same basin for washing your cups, brushing you teeth and washing your hands after using the toilet, I don't understand. The service was bad, its like the Couple's getaway package was not mentioned to stuff. We had to book ourselves the SPA and Picnic, the stuff didn't understand in a way that we had to explain the package to them both at Spa and Picnic. The SPa is only back and neck massage for 30 Minutes, of which we waited outside while they put a note that they will be back. They even didn't know that we had to get a Sparkling wine and chocolates, also the lady at the Spa wanted to give one person a massage, i had to explain to her that its a couples massage. The breakfast was limited, they gave us small glasses like whisky glasses for juice, they said no Cappuccino for us who booked the couple's getaway. I was so disappointed because it was not mentioned, they said breakfast included not mentioning that you have to pay for other stuff.

We checked in on 16 December 2022 for a 7 days holiday. On 22 December 2022 the garden service guy at the resort broke the rear windshield of my Hyundai Venue. My husband went to reception to report the incident and they told him that they have ordered the windshield in Nelspruit and after 30 minutes they called him and said that they couldn't find the windshield in Nelspruit. They advised him to go to Glass Fit in Hazyeview, so that they put a green plastic for us to be able to drive back home and they said that they found a windshield in Johannesburg since we were checking out on 23 December 2022 and that they will arrange the installation of windshield as soon as we get to JHB. A guy by the name of Siphiwe Masete is now ducking and diving. My husband called him in the morning and he promised to call him back, dololo. On Friday there was floods in Boksburg, I want to know as to when will Hazeyview Cabanas going to fix my windshield???
