I depositedmoney to buy dollars but when I wanted to withdraw or do something they refuse to write to say how to do it. They phone you and then ask for your pin number and account number. Why can't they send an email. Contacted IT specialist who said never give number over phone or type they can **** it very easily

I have banked with them for 40 years and now the first time I need 5000 overdraftfor 3 days don't want to use my deposit account but the say no only allowed 2000 So they leave me option but to go another bank Will also transfer my business account

Delivery
3 wheel electric scooter I ordered a product over the internet and the tracking showed out for delivery was at home the whole two days then showed delivered but didnt deliver contact them said i must try post office and get a lost. Property form went to post office lady where is my list and or proof it was delivered they said i must ask the courier for proof of delivery as it was not deliverd to them wrote to cape union still no answer

wish to go there with a group of 22 pensioners and they want me to pay an extra 7000 rand for a lapa because they say we make to much noise at the chalets so they want us to pay an extra 6800 for a lapa which we wont use. we never visit as a group at one persons chalets so i dont see how they can say we make to much noise. never had such treatment from any other resort. now going to another company and no problem they are happy to have us and dont terat us as kokelolle

They are not interested in single pensioners canged all the rondavels no more twin beds only double So we as a group on single pensioners cant visit there anymore

we tried to book place for a group of pensioners but were told they dont cater for singles and the single people must sleep in double beds you cant expect strangers to sleep in a double bed. or if they want to sleep together the singe in double bed but pay for two

Have wifi from vodacom not working properly. Decided to go to vodacom to find out When I got there they said vodacom is working on the problem Why couldn't they send a messages we know I now had to drive 20km to find my router is okay fault with vodacom

Forever resorts swadini
Booked for holiday starting 3 sept boooked in april asked can they giveme my bungalow number today 28 aug no not allowed to give number till you arrive so we have eldeley with walkers so because we travel far and can only get there late they will give us the furthest house but somebody who didnt book but gets there early gets the best house nearest the resturant and pools. Not very nice business
