I upgraded my contract in September with insurance , I was quoted an amount of 290 inclusive of vat, but to my surprise when my invoice came, the R290 is added an additional vat, I was charged twice the premium and this month as well the same story, I am beyond disappointed and find this very despicable. I have since called the insurance, spoke to their line manager Primrose who has not been of any use or help. Her consultants, Zandile,Mary Jane and Ntsoaki keep saying they will call with feedback but to this date they are still escalating with no communication. I could easily reverse this but my credit score is impacted . This is a nonsensical service and I would love this resolved asap.
I went to the resort for the Easter weekend, we had. Picnic by the river and I forgot my shades there. Sunday morning when we went for breakfast and I enquired about them and they confirmed that they saw them.. to my surprise it took them looking for them and they never got them… I was told they are calling the staff that was working that shift and all their phones were off 👀👀👀… are we being serviced by *******???? The manager then said I should leave my details they will contact me , it’s Thursday today no call from them non whatsoever, I followed up yesterday and they said they will get back to me at2 . That also didn’t happen , followed up again today and was told they are will revert back waiting on the manager … what kind of service is this?? Very disappointed in the place and will never go back there
Leon is the one that assisted, we are clueless about beds, he gave us a tour on the beds particularly on the description that we wanted. He gave us top of the range one. We happy about our choice
I have been trying to cancel a contract for more than two months now and in those two months am still billed for the line which should have been prepaid by now. Am taken from pillar to post and no one is doing their job or take accountability. I have called numerous times even have them on record but nothing has been done uptodate. Today I was at one of your stores but also there I was referred to talking to them over the phone? They can’t even give me a turn around time for this to be resolved. You are so poor at solutioning the client but very quick to deduct our money. I want this resolved by end of business tomorrow. They don’t even allow you to talk to the escalation managers or line managers to think I have been with you from 2016 n no single missed payment am ready to walk
The service that am getting is ridiculous I lost my phone,claimed from the insurance it was approved the next day great,but since then no communication from their side when you call it’s unanswered and you expected to call with your own airtime snc it’s not free been waiting over two weeks am Fed up with you guys
