The service is pathetic, I app**** for fibre for almost two months ago, and I am still without internet. Both applications are for businesses but your team in Cape Town doesn't seem to see the urgency in this. My businesses are running on prepaid routers for almost two months now, which is costing me alot. I am trying to contact the sales person, Luqmaan Cupido, with no luck. I don't know what the status of the applications are as he just doesn't take my calls. I tried to contact his line manager, and also failed. They just don't get back! I cannot think that it takes this long for activating a link as we had Internet previously with a different service provider. If I knew this was the kind of service I would get and not all the lies they sold me, I would never changed. I hope this reaches you and that you can escalate this urgent matter. I have students in the middle of exams without WiFi. This is unacceptable as this was explained to Luqmaan. I am about to cancel both applications and it's not even active yet.
The F&B manager named Wihan Riekert, wanted to charge us for 8 people but only 6 people had lunch. He showed me a quote that was sent to me, and it clearly stated 6 people. When I questioned it, after a whole argument, he told us that he’ll take off the extra 2 but we are not allowed back to the establishment, very powerful words from a F&B manager! So much for customer service!
