What a pleasure it was dealing with Khanya utilities. They are professional and courteous in dealing with their customers. Would highly recommend them for all utility/municipal related work.
Absolutely horrible customer experience. The South African company that manages Columbia sportswear, In the RSA should have their license revoked. I received a jacket as a gift however it was the incorrect size. The store refused to exchange the Jacket for the same jacket just a different size without the original receipt. This is completely contrary to how Columbia global prides itself on customer service. I will never recommend or support this brand again. Much rather go with Brands like North Face or Patagonia who maintain their consumer loyalty in RSA. I requested to speak to the manager or asked for an email address to which I could escalate my query and was outright refused by both Tygervalley store staff (Lynette) and head office staff (Tonette) absolutely pathetic.
There has been storm damage to my house which took place over 4 months ago, I immediately logged a claim which was approved after the assessor came out over a month later. Even after the approval of the claim the damage has still not been completely repaired. They then sent out another assessor 3 months after the claim was logged. I have to date not had a clear answer from Nedbank on when they will come and fix the damage. I have emailed them several times with no response. They have however called me with commitment of answers with 24-48 hour several times not of these commitments have ever been adhered to. Till today my property continues to get more damaged every time it rains. I do what i can to mitigate the damage but it continues. Its clear that insurance is not there primary business . My advice to everyone out there is stay away from this company when it comes to insurance.
