Very appalled with how this company *****s from us as customers.... Which I know it's a disturbing matter because that is an unfair treatment as that would be considered theft. I did a laybuy of 2 pairs of shoes separately, managed to release the first one and then lost track of time to actually release the second one. Today I walk in to take back the money after being phone that it has expired.. To my surprise, of the R700 that I had put in as a laybuy.. I was told that I'll only be getting back only R200. They told me that their company will be keeping my entire R600 for cancelation, which wasn't explained when I was doing the laybuy coz I wouldn't have made the laybuy to begin with. I'm am honestly disgusted at how they this company robs people of their hard earned money and I'm glad that I'll never ever set foot at any of their branches.
I'm appalled with the service I'm getting at khaabo. Ever since I started dealing with them, there has never been no communication whatsoever coming from their side. I paid for my grandfather's Tombstone on the 18th of June 2022 and spoke to them that the unveiling date is on the 13th of August 2022 and we all had an agreement that it will definitely be ready by then.. Now it's the 11TH and the tombstone is yet to be installed, when I call them.. It's like no one knows what I'm talking about. Got a call at past 12 today and a woman named Gabi assured me that they'll be installing today and that I should be ready they are loading the stone but no one has said anything and it's 16:56 now. VERY DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE.
I'm appalled by the service I got at Ackermans. I went in yesterday around 11:37 to purchase a Dstv decoder including installation which I was told to write down my details in (a piece of paper) so they can give them to the installer, I was told the installer would come before the end of day yesterday and no he never pitched. I took time today to go and find out exactly why the installer never came.. I was then told by the manager that they lost the paper that had my details and that I should give them again so they can send the guy today. Can you imagen the nerve.. We'll I'm still waiting on them even now, they are now ignoring my calls.
Monday early hours my electricity went off..the whole day I was without electricity. In the afternoon I called Eskom to ask for their assistance and they nicely said to me I should give them 6hours and I'll be served but no service. I've been calling every single day since Monday and all I get is different reference numbers without any service or at least a phone call to explain reasons for the delayed service. I'm honestly horrified by the customer service I've been given or rather not given.. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED
<p>I've been without electricity for 2 months now... In the first month i called everyday for assistance and it took them 3 weeks for them to tell me that i need to pay in R7000 and then i paid but im still without electricity. Yesterday i called and all they could tell me is that their system is them telling that our matter was resolved when its actually not. I honestly dont know what to do now because i did all i was told to do but im am still waiting in vain and still waisting my money calling the eskom people only to here them give me empty promises.If the matter is not resolved I will take futher action.</p>
<p>I am appalled by the poor service that I have been getting from Eskom. I have not had electricity for 3 weeks now and I have only been recieving rude remarks and empty promises. I have lost over R200 worth of airtime in trying to resolve this issue. As a national supplier of electricity it appears very dissapointing that I have been assisted with no solution up to this point.</p>
