Outsurance came back to me yesterday regarding a error that were made.Tjey are currently investigate the matter. Thanks to the lady that I spoke to yesterday. Her service is excellent. I will always recommend Outsurance when it comes to insurance.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from OUTsurance. I cancelled only my pet insurance through the call centre, but instead of handling that correctly, OUTsurance cancelled my household insurance without my permission. What makes this even worse is that I was still paying every month, under the impression that these payments were for my household insurance. Only did I realise after I spoke to there call centre that OUTsurance continued billing me for pet insurance, while my household cover—something far more important—was cancelled without any notification or explanation. Because of this error, I was supposed to receive my OutBonus on 21 November 2025, which I did not receive. OUTsurance has had more than a month to investigate this issue, and yet I have received no feedback, no update, and no resolution. This is completely unacceptable. A mistake of this seriousness shows a lack of transparency, poor administration, and complete disregard for the customer. I trusted that my household insurance was active because I was still paying every month. They only repayed the installments for the pet insurance however I did not receive my out bonus. I expect urgent feedback and a full resolution without further delay.
Its now almost two months after my last review, and ekko didn't solve the issue regarding my membership. I will never recommend ekko to anybody. What I have experienced is terrible. They even phone me about membership that wan canceled. Really terrible customer service and I can't even rate them. I still didn't get my refund from ekko after a years membership that was fully paid and never used.
Once again, I was still not assisted with a place in Mosselbay. I asked for a booking in January already for December from 23 December 2025 until the 3rd of January 2026 Until now, they were not able to assist me. I requested them to refund me and still nobody returned a call. Ekko owe me for 125 units that was never used. I paid every month my membership fees for the last year and I was not able to get a booking. This is the worst servce ever.
Terrible service, since when should the client whatsapp for feedback on there query. Please see reply on my previous review...... oh my word......firstly the number she said I must whatsapp on doesnt even show do to the popi act. Secondly ekko is suppose to resolve the issue however they only hope the problem will go away...... Seriously...... I will rather book with bookings.com. This is the worse ever experience I have ever had! Thirty you can contact me! Clearly your paid customers don't count! Ekko you took my money and I want this issue to be resolved!!!
Ekko is not true worthy when it comes to service. I placed a review a while back, and until now, they still haven't assisted with my booking for Mosselbay. I have been a member for one year now, and I have canselled my membership with them. This month, they tried to load a debit order, and I reversed it. I request them to pay the years membership back to me due to that they cant even give me my booking in Mosselbay like i requested. Until now, they still didn't refund me or made a booking in Mosselbay. I paid a whole year for the membership and couldnt use it...... I say it again I will rather book with Bookings.com. This is not the way how you treat your loyald paid memebers.
The service of Ekko customer service is terrible. They phoned me a week a go and promised that I will get a booking in Mosselbay for December. Until now they never phone back and committed to there promise. Once again its only empty promises.
I don't even want to give a rating for Ekko. I contact then in January for a booking for December in Mosselbay and they told me they are fully booked. Every time when I want to make a booking they have no place available. Honestly I would rather making bookings with bookings.com, before staying a member with Ekko. No management contact you when you send them messages on WhatsApp. I'm really disappointed in this service. This is not what they sold to me.
