Waiting oeriod to finalise clain is to long. And the when they have to make payment you wait forever for your money evan thought first for woman knows you don't have food for your kids to eat

RAFpay is so friendly and fast to help you , but after the people is so rude to you , you have to lick there *** for a statement every month. I would not recommend this company to anyone ! Their interest is so expensive. Stay away !!

So now what i am going to do is go to the newspapers with this. Sick and tired of your meaningless emails . Miway will sue your client and you now. Never in my life have i seen such bad customer service! ! You can read my story in the newspaper next week with all of the proof. So please keep on lying to your customers. If you just did your job , made the offer and stopped lying this mess would not be so bad. </p>
<p>Mutual & Federal client bumped into my car...i struggeld almost a week to get a claim number. Eventually my insurence ( Miway) fixed my car. But i had a big acsses amount. It hase been 4 MONTHS and Mutual and Federal have done nothing.....not evan a offer .when you call them and ask them what is going on they spin you a story that Miway have sent the wrong documents.but when you follow up on the emails Miway have sent all the wright documents numerous times. And when you ask them again they have a different story ! I am tired of there lazy ass attitude. How long should someone wait???if a mister Francis Theron at Mutual & Federal would stop lying to customers and do his job i am sure it will go beter. </p>
