Waiting for payment
Waiting for payment from RAF sign the offer but they didn't it was the funeral claim for my brother death my name is Gugu zwane I'd no 8306062274082 they were complaining about my brother not having an id but home affairs provided the prove that my brother is the South African both his parents are from south Africa they have South African I'd my problem they made us to sign the offer when they have to pay they start to have problems

Stay away from RAFpay
RAFpay is so friendly and fast to help you , but after the people is so rude to you , you have to lick there *** for a statement every month. I would not recommend this company to anyone ! Their interest is so expensive. Stay away !!

Poor aftersales service and response to query
After a lenghty process a part of my claim was paid out, the problem now is after numerous emails between rafpsy and kruger and pottinger attorneys no one takes the time and effort to reply to an email to update a person what the estimated remaining payout will be, the after service is poor and not professional as they claim to be.

Poor client service
Raf pay was eager to attend to my third party claim and payout, now the remainder needs to be paid out, the problem i have with them is their poor response to query and question to their lawyers. They do not have good client service and that makes them unreliable in my view.
