When the words hopeless. Worthless and pathetic comes to mind its synonymous with nedbank. Nedbank home loans to be specific. When they call they are not prepared to listen and when their incompetence overshadow their in abilities to understand they transfer you to the next ......frustrating to even converse . Understand this nedbank you are my service provider so deliver a service . But then again the apple rot from the roots.
I recently bought a land rover and had some repairs needed to be done urgently and my first stop after research was out there 4x4 in centurion. Brian and Roger are land rover specialists and had my vehicle assessment done in a timely manner and repairs done soon. My repairs came with a one year warranty and they are eager to help. Give them a call and experience great service.
After a lenghty process a part of my claim was paid out, the problem now is after numerous emails between rafpsy and kruger and pottinger attorneys no one takes the time and effort to reply to an email to update a person what the estimated remaining payout will be, the after service is poor and not professional as they claim to be.
Raf pay was eager to attend to my third party claim and payout, now the remainder needs to be paid out, the problem i have with them is their poor response to query and question to their lawyers. They do not have good client service and that makes them unreliable in my view.
They were eager to take my third party claim but not so eager ro respond to email query and questions, they are not the professionals they claim to be in regards to client service.the problem is my third party claim is not settled yet so i still have to deal wirh them.
