Capitec Terrible Service!! Im in LIMBO
I experienced worst service. They offered a product now I cant get feedback since Monday. AI Chat is useless, call centre never available, this morning their system is down and I must phone after 1 hour. Their account on Twitter tells me to call the Call Centre. Ref 77MSV9360446 I've uploaded same documents more than 3 times

Worst service and billing process
Worst service. Debited R1787 instead of R388 and now refund will take 10 to 14 working days. That’s my transport money!!! You are wrong. The router was paid for in cash when collecting at your office and we gave you all the proof you need. Your service was poor from onset with payments needed even before approval. I need that money for work REF 1191343

Terrible service and no integrity!
Started my debt review in 2018 and have never missed a payment. My normal deduction was about R11 000 and in July 2023 it went down to about R10000 and was told my last payment was Aug23 and they debited R683. I followed up to get the clearance certificate and surprisingly i now have to go back to R11 000 payments till Dec23 because some accounts ran out of balance and fell off your payment plan. How is this possible? Why did they say R683 was the last payment? Ive asked for telephone recording for Jul Aug Sept 23 to prove my case. Zero from them?I have paid for just over 5 yrs and today i am told i must pay for another 4 months?

<p>my car a ford kuga had manufacturer engine problem on Monday 27 June2016. I called ford and it was towed to ford the Glen mall. I followed up since Wednesday for a loan car as I'm terribly inconvenienced. I called the glen and they have no loan cars at dealer level. I phoned customer care and spoke to Sibongile, nelson and Dimpho with no help. Sibongile lied ystdy promising that a rents car will be provided today and nothing was delivered</p>
