I opened a Forex USD account with purpose to receive payments in USD as this is how it was advertised to me. I was, however not able to received the payment in USD as it was automatically converted in Rand and deposited into another account, making the account useless. Anybody opening a Forex account with them should be aware of this and would be best to use other banks for this purpose.
Had 3 cashless cards linked to my account, all set to auto cash out . Instead off cashing out automatically as it should, a few day later I went back to check and the all 3 cashless cards disappeared from my account and now I cant cash out because I dont have the tags anymore. Howler literally steals money and it very frustrating events organisers use their services.
<p>In January I did a Vitality fitness as*****t at the vitality store in Sea Point. The only feedback I received from my fitness as*****t was my height, weight and blood pressure (all of which is included in a free vitality heath as*****t) and that I achieved a "level 3" fitness level which means my fitness level is "acceptable", despite achieving full marks on the strength and flexibilty portion of the test and doing well on the watt bike test, according to the biokineticist.</p> <p> </p> <p>I proceded to query online as to why I only achieved a level 3, despite doing well in the test and what I would need to do in onder to ahieve a higher fitness level. The only feedback I got was copy paste answers such as: " Your fitness level is calculated by an algorythm in the sheet where the biokineticist inputs the your readings" or "We have reviewed your profile and can confirm that you have been awarded 3 500 Vitality points for Vitality Fitness Assessment", all of which I am very well aware of. I doens't seem like anybody really know how it the fitness level is calculated or how this algorythm works.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its insulting to pay R375 for an Fitness assessment and the only feedback I'm able to get is that my fitness level is "acceptable". It doesn't seem like any assessing is done. I've done fitness assesment in the past with biokineticists and body fat and body composition analysis is usually included as well as a break down of strenght and weaknesses as well as how to improve on your weakness. This assessment has nothing of that and is just a waste of time and money and I can't see and benefit from doing it.</p>
