Exceptional Service I received at Capitec Bank Cosmo City Branch I was served by the lady Wesley Banda she was on teller no: 4 she was helpful, kind, and patient with me. Dear manager please give her increase or employer of the month voucher, she was excellent.
They deliver an order with missing item now the wanna make it my problem, saying I need to return the pizza and they give me the right one I mean what BS !! Is that we already eat the pizza
Bad service I bought shoes an aware of the cut and made of the shoes when I go there for exchange they are telling me I can't exchange worn items so the question is what will I do with the shoes please help
<p>i went to VA Waterfall on 01/05/17 07;25 when i got there i told them i came to try out the gym they asked if i have my ID well i didnt have because i was visiting and i have worked for VA so my details should be on their system +i know my ID off by my heart the MOD (Mj) was assisting me i asked if they still give voucher he responded like he's not a MOD(Mj) with rotten attitude as he interrupted hes just RUDE am not sure what type of MOD he is but clearly he doesn't know his duty as the manager,he doesnt know how to treat new client his behaviour is out of control his just bad news</p> <p> </p> <p>His manager Junior called she is worse she doesnt listen she is the worsed manager i know geez not how do they oparete but if they dont put clients first shame they must as well stay at home because how do they want to run a big gym like VA waterfall if the dont understand the importance of clients</p> <p>they need a serious training please help</p>
<p>Incompetent Regional Manager </p> <p> </p> <p>So after the customer service got back to me told me that the so called regional manager will give me call in 2days Whew how incompetent the regional manager is Solly ,he than call me he apologies for the inconvinance bluh bluh, i than ask him can i go to the store to change the shoes he confindently said yes i was like today right now he's like most definitely </p> <p> </p> <p>Whew you won't believe what happen wen i got to the store on wednesday afternoon i find different manager Zandile not Sakhile, Zandile she has no idea of what happen on sunday until wednesday </p> <p>So i dont know a big company like ackermans oparete they dont report way even worse Solly didn't call her instead he call sakhile i assume so it shows lack of communication, No hand over when one manager is off HOW INCOMPETANT MANAGERS ACKERMANS HIRE including Reginal manager they clearly do know what their are doing </p> <p> </p> <p>So Zandile call the so call Planner not sure why sakhile didn't do that in the first place the Planner give them the code final but its R49.99 i know for the fact i bought the shoes for R99.99 not R49.99</p> <p>So i left then ,again Zandile failed to ask me for my contact details i had to remind her incase should she have a solution with her regional manger or whoever </p> <p> </p> <p>After all this dramatic incidet i dont know how Ackermans oparate with this whole of bunch of incompetant managers worse even regional manager very irratated and annoyed </p> <p> </p> <p>Can i get refund or exchange this shoes without drama and explaining myself because am tired of that Please</p>
<p>i lay-buy shoes for my daugher in sandton only to realize they dont fit her and i had destory proof of purchase there was nothing i can do but to change the shoes to the closes store which happen to be hillbrow store ,when i get in the security give me attitude says if you dont have receipt we dont change but 1 of the policy say we can change the iteam as long as its in resaleble condition, i spoke to the manager he says he have to take the picture and send it to other store bluh bluh he didnt even ask for my contact number in case he find something WHAT A **** SERVICE so manager though he tell me about stuff i dont need to know its no even my business</p>
