I've serviced my vehicle at BMW East Rand for over years, with an exception of one service that was done at BMW The Glen. I've had a full maintenance plan to 100 000km + an extended maintenance plan with a 3rd party that covered service and full maintenance including parts replacements. After looking at the entire service history of my car, I dont see an indication of a full coolant service that was done on my car. I'm taking checking/replacing the water pump, heat exchanger, line coolant, gaskets etc. After doing my extensive research and discussing with BMW technicians, the entire full coolant system must be done at least every 4 years. This means, by my 97 000 km service, this should have been done and if so, this service/maintenance and pats replacements should come with a warranty. A few weeks ago my car started giving me indications of a coolant shortage so naturally, I kept topping it up. Now my car is overheating and I'm not driving it, leaving me without a vehicle. All I ask is for BMW to do the right thing and fix this coolant issue which has now resulted in an overheating issue and to treat customers fairly. This is such an inconvenience.
This the level of service to expect from Lawnmower World (Boksburg). Mind you this is not a racial issue but merely a 'TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY ISSUE' I took my generator in for repairs in the 1st week of Jan. This business sells, repairs generators and lawnmowers . Around the 06th I was told is it is unrepairable. Granted. I asked that they put it together in the same condition as received and I will collect it and pay for it to be checked. After collecting the generator, when I got home, I realized the motor mounts were loose, and 1 was missing, the motor was tiesld down with wiring to hold it down and the generator was leaking petrol. I immediately contacted the Lawnmower boksburg to collect the device and fix it in the same condition it was in. After a few exchanges of facts, and hard words, they picked it up on Monday 09th TO PUT IT TOGETHER IN THE SAME CONDITION. I went to collect the generator today, granted after being 15min late for set time of collection. The owner gave me back my generator still leaking with a loose motor, and I pointed this out to him PRIOR to him shutting the door on me and that's when it ESCALATED. To think I was going to buy a generator from them as per the invoice they provided. Again, this is not a place where you want to take your business.
<p>My name has been improperly listed on ITC and handed over to SAYA recoveries unlawfully for a contract that I’m NOT responsible for.</p> <p>This is unlawful.</p> <p> </p> <p>The contract in question is for mobile number ********** . SAYA recoveries consultant Mzwakhe ( ********** ) has also been trying to contact MTN to have this resolved. No one is coming back to him.</p> <p> </p> <p>This contract has been handed over to MTN legal on account A ********** .</p> <p>I contacted MTN accounts department on ********** and I was told to contact MTN Legal on ********** but the line is on FAX line mode. No luck again.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is affecting my credit record and I want this resolved and removed from ITC.</p> <p> </p> <p>Summary:</p> <p> This contract was terminated well within the MTN returns policy because the device was faulty. I have been to and from MTN offices at 14th Avenue, Fairlands JHB trying to resolve this but with no luck. I returned the device to MTN a long time ago well within their returns policy for either an exchange, refund or cancellation as per their policies. I asked for a cancellation well within my rights. Over several months after I repeatedly asked MTN to stop debiting me and close the contract with little success. Bear in mind I don’t have the device with me AT ALL.</p> <p> </p> <p>Months later, Finally the account/contract was closed ( ********** ) was cancelled as per communication from Rosetta Photshwane on 22 March 2016 and that she is awaiting feedback from the repairs department for approval on the outstanding amount which was billed, accumulated after having brought the faulty device within the return policy timeframe. My bank account was still being billed of a device that I don’t have ownership of yet returned. Month on month I’ve had to reverse the MTN UNLAWFUL debit of such a device. Please see below e-mail highlighted in yellow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have not had a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN has now listed me on ITC, UNLAWFULLY, and this is causing MAJOR issues for my credit application.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE, PLEASE resolve this for me.</p> <p> </p>
