<p>I am new to SMS portal, and was helped telephonically by Morne, which was extremely helpful and so friendly throughout the whole process. Thumbs up for fantastic service to SMS portal!</p>
<p>I have recently been in a car accident, where someone drove into me. Tristan Govender was my claims advisor, and he was very helpful and friendly from the start, putting me at ease with all the arrangements that comes with a car accident. He was very patient with all my questions and assisted me as far as possible. As I moved to another town soon after the accident, he really tried to help me out with logistics etc.</p>
<p>I have recently moved, and had to obtain approval from Outsurance to cover my car's move, and I also had to update my policy schedule. I have spoken to Yagan Naidoo from Outsurance - Client Care department, who has gone above and beyond to explain all my different options, and how my new cover is calculated etc. He was the first person whom explained things in so much detail, now I completely understand how my cover is caluculated etc. Very happy customer.</p>
