Kenya Airways ignored my complaint since September 2025 – **************, bribery and overcharging at cargo office I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kenya Airways and the complete lack of response to my complaint. On 17 September 2025, I sent a formal complaint to Kenya Airways Customer Relations regarding a very disturbing experience at their cargo office. Unfortunately, until today I have never received any response, follow-up, apology, or refund from the airline. At the time of the incident, I arrived at the cargo office around 14:00 to process my shipment. I waited nearly an hour without assistance. When I approached a staff member who appeared to be a manager to ask why no one was helping me, he ignored me. Another staff member informed me that my registration would take two days unless I paid KSh 40,000 to bypass the process. Because I refused to pay a bribe, I was deliberately ignored and left waiting outside for almost two hours while my goods remained in the car, causing additional costs because my driver had to wait. Eventually, around 16:00, an older gentleman wearing glasses noticed that I was crying and decided to assist me. However, I was then told I could not proceed without using an “agent,” who demanded KSh 15,000 before my documents could be processed, even though I have a registered company. After more than three exhausting hours of delays, the documents were suddenly completed in only 30 minutes, which clearly shows the delays were unnecessary. When I went to pay, I was initially given a bill of $2,200 for 776kg, but when I reached the cashier an unexplained additional $500 was added, bringing the total to $2,700. This charge was never properly explained to me, and I was simply told that I had chosen the “expensive option,” something that had never been offered or explained beforehand. The entire experience left me feeling humiliated, financially exploited, and emotionally distressed. I also informed Kenya Airways that I have audio and video recordings related to this incident. Despite this, they have completely ignored my complaint since September 2025. It is very disappointing that a major airline would treat a paying customer this way and then fail to respond to a formal complaint. I am now posting here because I would like Kenya Airways to: • Respond to my complaint that was submitted on 17 September 2025 • Investigate the staff and agents involved in this incident • Provide a clear explanation for the unexplained charges • Provide compensation for the financial loss and distress caused I hope Kenya Airways will finally address this matter and take responsibility.
I applied for Fiber with Mweb after a week a Technician from VumaTel came to and install the 1st step, Mweb was supposed to do the 2nd step.I couldn't get hold of the on the fone I waster R100 airtime , on emails. After 2 weeks of trying my luck, 1 of the consultant from facebook managed to reply to my messages and help me to cancel the order REF MWB14875128 that is a reference for cancellation. After a week of cancelation, I received an email from mweb telling me about the agreement and how much I must pay.I called Vuma Tel and they confirm my line is not canceled on their side. I canceled their line before 14 working days. The reason I canceled I waited for too long for them to help me , it very hard to get hold of them so I can't sign a contract with a Business like Mweb please assist me before they start taking my money Please
I pawn my TV ,when I fetched it just realize it was broken .Manager told me it because it was at the store room .They want to fix it and I dont want the TV that has been fixed now they dont want to refund me .please assist
I moved my line from Johanneburg to Durban on the 30th of August 2017 ,The Techniciation came to my premises after 3 days but the line was not installed due to the cables were stolen,after 10 months June 15 if I am not mistaken the Technician came and installed my line but it only worked for 3 days after that it was discontinued due to I am owing ,so my question is why am I receiving statement every month for the service that I dont have ?My number belong to sum one else but I am still receiving statement as if I am the one who is using the line.Please forward this to Telkom Billing department ,I tried calling the customer service but they also confused and this is affecting my credit score and I still need my internet Thank You MY CONTACT NUMBER IS ********** 005
<p>It the second time I am complaigning about my problem with Telkom last time they respoded as if they are going to help me but 2 weeks has passed,Store magaer has sent an email cornfiming that I brought back their device all they need to do is to call the cancellation department and solve my issue ,I have ben trying to solve this problem since October 2016 it clear that cancelation department takes more than 6 months to clear your name ,what hurt the most about this it showing on my credit record I was trying to buy a car last month and I couldnt so I guess I wil have to wait anopther months for them to cancel the contract ,I really need to buy a car for God sake I am not owing Telkom a cent ,all I want is them to clear my name ,I took back the device in Septable and filled the from it is was working this is very frustrating me,I cant move or do anything please Good people help me out</p>
<p>5 months ago I went to apply forLTE at Telkom due to there was no coverage in my area ,I cancelled the deal and took the device back but Telkom did not cancel my deal and end up putting me on credit berue and that is affecting my credit score ,I went back to the store and the store manager wrote an email corfiming I did bring back their device so the cancellation department is taking too long to cancel my deal and everything is suspended ,I cant even buy a car it reflection on my credit score ,I have been fighting for this for past 5 months CASE NO. ********** 1</p>
