Iv been contacting this people for 3 - 4 days and still i havent heard anything from them and i am a paying Customer but they are Quik to take debit order payments on the month end but theres absolutly no after hours support and customer service at all
Iv been trying for the past 2 weeks to get hold of anyone at thier offices everytime they say they will put me through but nothing happens or it ends up at the wrong station where they transfered me and i cant get hold of the lady Sally-Anne Scott I just need to know how kong still before my funds pay out its been longer than 9 weeks in total and no one gets back to me
<p>i recieved an sms from my mother that she sended me some money from pep and that i can withdraw it i then looked it up on the PEP website where it clearly states can be withdrawn at any PEP or absa atm i visited the strand branch accross shoprite waiting for ages in a line because the staff mingle and chat and just dont care about the customersafter about waiting 45 minutes the lady called Mandy said we dond withdraw cash here and that i cant read and understand thier website i then asked to speak to a manager and she replied she is the manager its just not on after such a long relation and support towards PEP i really dont think i want to support them anymore this is bad guys and i think you should sort this out i demand that she Mandy appoligise to me and re inburse me for my time wasted </p>
<p>no return on any of my claims</p> <p>well my story begins almost a year ago when i was contacted by locate plus sa chene botha who told me i have funds available for claim from g4s which i never claimed well that was on the 18th of february 2016 well after many tries and complaints absa replied to my review and promissed that they will sort it out and just never got back with any solution to my claim after a few months of waiting i contacted pssf directly and spoke to a lady kendile on the 14th of october 2016 who said she will start to process the claim i spoke to her at 09;21 in the morning and till this day i still have no response regaurding my claim please help sort out this claim as i have children and responsibilitys now absa states they dont handle it any more that is thier problem why couldnt they sort out the claims before they changed companies without letting anyone know about it i just think they need to be taken on on the facts that they just cant deliver any service to us and reinburse us all of our costs that we wasted phoning out after them driving after them and all they do is sit back and fold thier hands and say its not our problem its not our concern any more </p>

<p>I WAS CONTACTED BY A COMPANY CALLED LOCATE PLUS SA IN FEBRUARY 2016 BY A LADY WITH THE NAME BIANCA BOTHA WHO THEN SAID THEY ARE HIRED BY G4S TO LOCATE EX EMPLOYEES OF G4S TO CLAIM THIER PROVIDENT FUND SHE TOLD ME THERE IS A LUMPSUM WITH 4 YEARS INTREST TO BE CLAIMED SHE THEN FORWARDED ME ALL THE FORMS NEEDED FOR THE CLAIM AND SAID THAT I HAVE TO FILL IT OUT AND SEND IT BACK ASAP I DID JUST THAT BUT NOW 5 AND A HALF MONTHS LATER THE LADY JUST DONT GET BACK TO ME AT ALL SHE DIRECTED MY CASE TO A LADY SHE SAYS WHO WORKS AT ABSA TANJA WITH NUMBER ********** AFTER WAITING 3 AND A HALF MONTHS I CONTACTED HER AGAIN AND SHE SAID THERE IS A QUERY AND THAT HER MANAGER WILL PHONE ME BACK I WAITED ANOTHER WEEK FOR THAT TO HAPPEN HE PHONED ME AND SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY AND THAT THE PAY OUT WILL FOLLOW BY THE FRIDAY IM STILL WAITING ON ANY NEWS FROM THEM REGARDING MY CLAIM I TRIED PHONING AND ALL I GET IS VOICEMAIL I THEN WENT TO ABSA IN THE STRAND WESTERNCAPE WHERE THIS LADY HELPED ME TO GET ONLINE WITH THE PROVIDENT FUND DIRECT AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT I MUST TAKE THE EMAIL ADRESS ********** AND EMAIL ALL MY DOCUMENTS TO HIM THE SAME DAY TUESDAY AND THAT I SHOULD PHONE ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON I PHONED THEM TODAY AS HE INSTRUCTED ME AND I SPOKE TO A GUY WHO GAVE ME A DIFRENT NUMBER TO PHONE AGAIN WICH I CANT GET HOLD OF I JUST WANYT TO KNOW WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CLAIM TO BE SORTED OUT BECUASE I SPENDED HOURS AND LITRILLY HUNDREDS OF RAND ON AIRTIME AND THERE IS JUST NO SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP TO SORT THE MATTER MANY THANKS PIETER JORDAAN </p>
