Late for all three appointments. Multiple delays and poor customer service. This stems from putrid upper management and weak leadership. To be as constructive with my feedback: change your approach and relook at your business implementation planning.

I am living in a rural area. At first everything went fine. Then in October 2019 I started to get problems with internet speed and availability. Long story short: since then I have tried to sort things out. Upgraded etc etc. Customer service is poor. Sometimes you do not get answer on the phone. They do not phone back as promised if the person you want to speak with is not available. They do not follow up after they said they will. There is always a "reason", but nothing is done to get the problem solved permanently. Maybe they must just say that cannot provide the service, but now after 7 months my internet today is 0.08 mbps!!!

I enquired about Smartswitch wireless fibre services over a year ago to which they informed me that they couldn't assist me. Now completely out of the blue, they are trying to bill me for a service that I have never received. I have emailed them multiple times to stop billing me for a service I have never had. No response And i keep just getting a monthly bill. I'm happy to amend this review if someone will respond and correct their error. Until then, I'd advise anyone against even ENQUIRING about their services or risk them billing you for a service they never installed.

This company sold me a package of 10mbps in mid January. I need this to teach English online for a Taiwanese company. They did not once provide this speed as I have daily screenshots proving this. I was unable to teach and earn any salary. I cancelled my account and returned their equipment which I had paid R2300 for. They refuse to give me a refund for the equipment returned. Thieves.

Work for estates agency in muizenberg.the one block of flats.i was CC in the email stating that smart switch will be doing the installation in the building and the procedure to follow to get fiber in your flat.any way.so I decided to call Stewart as I got his details from the emails and ask a few questions about fibre in marina da gama.the Rudest consultant I have ever dealt with.all the deals are Octotel website showing all smart switch packages.stuart was shouting at me telling me we only 100 Mps for businesses.so I said thanks and put the phone down.yesterday I signed up with home connect lest the consultants don’t shout at you and they have service.

Iv been contacting this people for 3 - 4 days and still i havent heard anything from them and i am a paying Customer but they are Quik to take debit order payments on the month end but theres absolutly no after hours support and customer service at all
