Good day old mutual money account Please assist me This is the second month I have not received a bank statement what is going on ?this is the 3rd time this has happened.the last time this happened you charged me for the statement.i emailed customer care they told me to call customer.why do you email address if you must call.the email address reads customer call or something.hope to hear from you soon Regards Llewellyn
Good day. Hope this gets my approval. This concerns our very glamorous Wallet and Finsh Estate Agency in Muizenberg and in Town. In short. The Principal Nadia is the most ************* person I ever met. She bought from me the Muizenberg agency (but first tried to grab the lease behind my back. Very *********). A deal that should have been concluded within two months (2instalments) was dragged out by her for a year refusing to pay any interest . According to the signed SALE AGREEMENT she had to take over the printers in the business. Its now a year later and each month another lie why she did not do it. This has now come so far that the finance house wants to repossess the goods and I am the one blacklisted as the installments she did towards the printers were always late. Now I asked myself. Can you trust your property in the hands of such a "very professional" lier. She refuses to have any email or cellphone communications with me nor the finance house. Even the rental book that she took over from me she stuffed it up. So many of my old clients still call me to complain about her total mismanagement of their properties. Wallet and Finsh. You are a disgrace to the industry. I have not warned you once but many times that I will go to social media to tell the public about you. What did you do. You showed me you will wipe your bum on me.
I have send a message on their business complaints section asking for A full statement of my account from September 2022 till to date If my rental finance could be taken over by the person who bought my shop. A lady called me regarding these questions and was positive that the agreement could be taken over by a new person once qualified. I explained to her that I need a statement each month before month end and not thereafter. She promised me to get all the info together and will contact me. Till today no answer even after I have send a view more emails regarding this matter. For almost 3 years I had a client no. Now they cant find it but they know who to debit and credit each month. Cant believe it. If they cant help me I believe that I dont have an account with them and will then stop paying. Cant pay for an account that I dont have. What I mission to get an contract cancelled.Called MTN customer cancellation number numerous times to get wrong information.cancelled my contract 30 days prior to the date.I was told if I cancel early I would have to pay an cancellation fee.the staff there don’t know what they are talking about.just received the invoice to find out I must pay cancellation device charge ?if I have had this device for 24 months….
On the 31 st August received an email from Lulama mevana who stated our last billing will be September,so the debit order went off again in October.then spoke to him again about this issue,so he escalated to the billing department and said it will take 7 to 10 days to receive your credit,we received that email from Lulama on 19 October,till now we haven’t received our credit.yesterday we sent the email,the date was the 1 st November at 10:19 till now he hasn’t responded.let me not talk about ADT Service.look at all the mistakes on the invoice.shocking service.hope you reply soon.the address was 52 beach road,muizenburg,thanks

On the 8 of November 2021 sent my mother 2 shirts from South Africa to Liverpool,the tracking number says delivered she then got a letter as you got to pay important duties,she called fed ex they said they must investigate,they left a voice mail.,joke of a service,should of used the post office,they sent her this : Hello Eileen.According to the information we have,our local team has left a voicemail advising that this shipment couldn’t be found and that you should contact the sender in order to file a claim for refunds or replacements.please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused kind regards,Diogo
