Smartswitch and YRLess Solutions in Paarl are thieves
This company sold me a package of 10mbps in mid January. I need this to teach English online for a Taiwanese company. They did not once provide this speed as I have daily screenshots proving this. I was unable to teach and earn any salary. I cancelled my account and returned their equipment which I had paid R2300 for. They refuse to give me a refund for the equipment returned. Thieves.

Our experience with LRE Group improved when we were assigned a new agent. As it turned out, both the agency and we had signed into a contract with the Landlord from Hell! Thank you to Sonja Visser of LRE Group in Brackenfell, for excellent communication throughout this time and for trying to make the best out of a bad situation.

BEWARE LRE GROUP estate agency
Beware LRE Group. Unfortunately, I could not give them no stars as this is not an option. The rental agent has been tardy, uncommunicative and dismissive. The property that we have rented from them is over run with ****roaches and ants. Window and doors seized shut. Leaks in taps and toilets. The garage door broke on 2 February, and we have not had full access to our belongings inside, in addition to not being able to park our cars inside to this day (26 Feb). The agency is deaf to our concerns and complaints. We have opened up a case at the Estate Agents Affairs Board and with the Rental Housing Tribunal.
