I enquired about Smartswitch wireless fibre services over a year ago to which they informed me that they couldn't assist me.
Now completely out of the blue, they are trying to bill me for a service that I have never received.
I have emailed them multiple times to stop billing me for a service I have never had. No response And i keep just getting a monthly bill.
I'm happy to amend this review if someone will respond and correct their error.
Until then, I'd advise anyone against even ENQUIRING about their services or risk them billing you for a service they never installed.
