Title: Claim Delayed 48 Days – Poor Service & ************ I am extremely unhappy with Integrisure and their underwriter Old Mutual. It has been 48 days since I lodged my claim, and it is still not finalised. Instead of resolving it, they keep delaying and looking for excuses not to pay. They have already sent 3 assessors and 2 SIU investigators, but refuse to share any feedback or reports. There is zero transparency. The latest investigator has been unprofessional and aggressive, even telling me that if I am not available to revisit the accident scene, he will simply move on and leave my case. This is completely unacceptable. I have fully cooperated, submitted everything required, and even signed consent for them to access all my records. Yet I am being treated unfairly, and my rights feel ignored. 48 days later – still no outcome. I expect urgent resolution and accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them

<p>C3D - I still cannot Port my number out of Vodacom. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you cliam to be the best network in the country, then why keep customers on your network if they are not interested to stay on your newtwork.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly it was a contract issue, then a technical problem and now a C3D problem. For a month now, I have had so many miss calls. I now need to cary two phone with one number.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm going to take this with Ombudsman and I'm not the only one experincing this creepy service from ther so called Best network in the country.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>After cancelling my contract, no department is able to help me with any service. When I contact prepaid department, they tell me that my number is with contract. When i contact contract departmet, they tell me to that muy number is with Prepaid department. </p> <p> </p> <p>Three months later, I got tired of this and decided to port. My number was succefully port by Cell C however Vodacom still does not want to release my whole number. </p> <p> </p> <p>Again they have stories. Its being a week now since Cell C ported my number and Vodacom is yet to release my number fully. </p> <p>I have been told that technician are woirking on it for the 6 days.</p> <p> </p>
