Magnificent
I would like to talk about the lady by the name of Rose who assisted me this morning over the phone she said she's based in Menlyn. The service I received from her and the advices I got from they were 👌excellent .She is a very patient lady I must say she answered all my questions thoroughly without her being annoyed because I was asking a lot of questions. The lady is well trained she knows her job and I can tell she is a people's person. Thank you so much Rose if was nearer definitely I was going to come and bring you lunch keep up the excellent work. FRAUD at CAMBRIDGE STORE NQUTU
My name is Zanele Buthelezi i would like to report a FRAUD whereby i was double charged at Cambridge Store Nqutu on the 23rd Dec 2020. The surpervisor told me that they having a network problem so i asked to punch in my pin number twice and i did that. Few minutes later thats when i got my Bank notifications that i have realized that Cambridge has double chargerd ..i went beck to the store i spoke to MANDLA NKOSI one of the manangers to ask for that money to be reversed .. He told me that the other transaction is not appearing on the system the money will be reversed beck into my account before the end of business and he promised to call me and make a follow up of which he never did that. Up until now my money hasnt appeared on my account. People from Cambridge store at Nqutu i want my money beck and i will never shop at cambridge again. I need this matter to be resolved as in asap my contacts are 0835331047
