I visited the Woolworths Secunda branch and was having such an unpleasant experience. Literally spend over 3 hours in the store and was told that I blocked my woolies card which frustrated me as this was never the case. Eventually the branch manager stepped in and she resolved everything within minutes. I want to state to woolies that they have employed one of the best managers in you business. Cornelia Stoltz clearly showed what customer engagement and superior service is all about. I would like to thank her for treating me with dignity and she even walked with me to the exit apologizing about my experience. I always believe that you must acknowledge outstanding customer service and in this case Cornelia Stoltz showed that she is a leader in the business, showing excellent customer service and her empathy was off the highest level. I will share my experience with my Nedbank head office colleagues and will keep coming back to woolies because of Cornelia Stoltz. I have been pushed from pillar to post between SARS, Momentum and Outsurance on getting my IRP 5 due to an issue that I was struggling to get resolved. After several phone calls and promises that I would get a call back I sat frustrated for 2 weeks. Today I called and spoke to Tshokologo Ramela who assisted me resolve everything in under 3 minutes. I would like to that this lady for being efficient and even though I complained she listened and ensured I receive the information I needed. She kept me on the line to ensure that I received the document I needed. She came across extremely professional and for this I am grateful and will surely recommend any and all business to Outsurance if this is the calibre of all your staff. She is truly an assist and please convey my message of outstanding customer service. Much appreciated.
Parks Butchery most probably is the best butchery in Gauteng. I have tried numerous butcheries such as Khans, Forsmays, United and many others yet not only do you give superior meat, the customer service engagement is unbelievable. This butchery goes far beyond customer service to see that every customer is happy. For the kind jester I experienced on Thursday. I thank you to all and you have a loyal customer from De Deur. I would like to commend the Spec- Savers Fourways Mall on the outstanding service. I have been in the customer service space for over 20 years and admire when staff go out of their way. From the optometrist who asked me to come in for a follow up as she wanted to re-confirm lens due to blood pressure to the frontline staff who assisted with frames., they are the most friendliest bunch and will go out of their way for client satisfaction. A huge thank you to Ane Kriel, Riette van Zyl and the gentleman who assisted with quote and front line lady (didnt get her name). I will in future always recommend this place due to the ambiance and the staff. I hope that all Spec-savers follow the traits that this team has. I will be highly recommending them my business and look forward to further engagements. If not the worst pizza joint you can ever eat in, from the unfriendly staff to a pizza priced ridiculously. Sometimes the price doesnt matter if the service is outstanding however this is not the case!!!! Rather do Romans Pizza anyday.
