Modus operandi - job not done but abscond with your money.
Atrocious! Paid them R3,500 to fix my washing machine. When they brought my machine back, same issues! Every time I called them, they made endless empty promises to come back! In the end they just don't answer your calls or your call goes straight to voicemail or they just keep you hanging. They've ****** my money! When I threatened to report them to the police, I was told to go ahead. Their main contact number is 0899399195 which always goes to voicemail and the culprits are Michael 0634330651 and Collin 0681915927.

<p>All I want is a copy of my account emailed to me because the postal service is forever on strike. You phone in and hold on for 20 minutes only to have the phone on the other side picked up and then put down, or just get cut off - this happens time and time again. The complaints numbers don't work... There's just NO ONE to talk to let alone complain to. VERRRRY frustrating.....</p>
