For two weeks now i am waiting to see a financial planner. i have been into the branch 3 times. a branch consultant has "booked an appointment", i have no date/time for this appointment. i have phoned three times with only a answer today, and used the app and online banking to book and 14 days later i still do not have an investment account. So what now? maybe i should move my business elsewhere because it is pathetic that no person in a branch can assist me. i must wait and no update. i still have no clue as to who will be calling me and what do i need to have with me when they eventually do. the claim 10am today, but we shall see. didnt realise it takes 2 weeks to open an account...
<p>The last daiper in my 'Huggies Gold for Boys No.3' pack had a hard and wirey piece in it like cardboard, I contacted their Customer Care Service at 8am this morning just to inform them that there was a problem with my 1 Daiper.</p> <p>I spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Tracey and she was more than helpful, she is sending a courier to collect the problem daiper as well as sending me a voucher to compensate for my inconvenience.</p> <p>Thank you for understanding and being so polite.</p>
