Really bad service we have now gone to the rental tribunal to get our deposit back be warned these people take your money. They work for owners who are not honest and have no intention of any deposit being refunded. Very dishonest company.
I was in a horrible incident at the gate with a security company who are managed by cape properties. In fact the owner of the company has been dealing directly with the issue. Only she hasn’t. She has lied to me saying the cctv footage is not available nor is the caretaker, when the footage has been avalible and the care taker has seen it. A crime against a woman of common assault is a crime too and she has left me the whole weekend feeling terrified to leave the property to go past the security. She has Denied me my human rights in this process. I am disappointed that the woman mrs daneels has : 1. Responded to a crime committed but hiding the cctv footage, lying about its availability, if this was another type of crime would the footage be avalible? Or is this normal for cape management that they simply ignore serious complaints ? 2. That they as my body corporate see me as less than because I am a renter not an owner? 3. That lies have been told ‘ We are awaiting the CC TV footage which should be available when the contractor gets to site later next week. Once we have the same we can attend and discuss’ The care taker saw the footage T 8:03 am Friday yet this mail was sent after. Why lie? What are they covering up? 4. Woman on their own need to feel safe in Cape Town rental market. I don’t feel safe at all even less knowing a body corporate who is responsible for my saftey is lying and won’t help protect me. 5. They have spoken to guards and refuse to speak to me, I pay my rent and abide by the rules. I want everyone to know u are not at all safe with cape management looking after your complex. If there is a security issue they won’t get behind it or help and they lie instead of telling the truth. Pam has made no contact with me at all. 6. The caretaker won’t great me anymore on the property and has all the security laughing at me and he does the same.

<p>what a horrid day totally smashed phone needed an insurence claim the insurence were useless yet Glen a small effective young lady was amazing with me and even though they couldnt replace the phone through insurence no fault of the store this staff member was so good calm and useful. highly recommened. highly motivated store </p>
<p>we were told ifone was 1000 more a month that it was going offline that it was not a good phone were were told elg was the only phone we could get on this contract. having been a long term ifone user with a high end contract i found this strange but my husband agreed unwillingly and we left as we had been in store for hours already. when i popped in at another store i was told this rubbish i also then found out for every elg sold the salesman gets 500 rand so of course they wanted us to buy an elg. the store consultants also get a free elg so of course they push the product.</p>
