AGAIN terrible service from Telkom
<p>This was the first review i posted on Hellopeter:</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible disappointed service from Telkom</p> <p>We wanted to switch over to Telkom Fibre. Then an appointment was made to come and install Fibre this past Friday 17 Febr. I was sent numerous sms messages to confirm appointment and got a call from Telkom to confirm that the installation will be on the Friday to make sure that someone will be home. I cancelled all my work appointments for the day to be home, but no one from Telkom showed up on Fri. Sat afternoon 16.50pm Telkom was at our estate gate, but we werent home, because the arrangement was on Friday.</p> <p>And up untill now, no one has contacted us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its amazing how quickly businesses wants your money, but then they cant deliver a service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Response i got from Telkom after review was posted:<br />Feb 20, 2017<br />4 days ago<br />Official private business reply:<br />Good Day</p> <p>Thank you for making contact with us, </p> <p>Please accept our apologies for the inconvenienced caused, We have tasked your query for follow up with our fulfillment team, Your reference number: AI ********** </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Telkom Social Media Team </p> <p>^BD </p> <p> </p> <p>And it has been a week later and AGAIN no response from Telkom, no fibre and no service. I have tried numerous times, (probably 4 times) to contact Telkom, but after 15min of waiting for an operator to answer and paying for the call , i put the phone down. There is just no way to get hold of them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

No customer service
<p>I am new to the video photographer industry and needed advice on a product. I mailed broadcast lighting for advice, then no reply, mailed them again and again no reply. I wanted to buy many products from them, but obviously they dont need my business. Very dissapionted.</p>
