What a useless bunch of clowns , harrassing me for a prescribed Vodacom debt . They should definitely brush up on the prescription act . Don't threaten, sue me so we can sort this out in court.

I have a speed related issue that I can't get resolved. Paying for a 250mbps uncapped package but my speed is not even 20mbps , I see that as a total ******* , technical staff not capable of resolving issues , either not skilled enough or they most probably just don't care.
Did an upgrade in December 2020 , when I received my statement , I noticed that the billing is incorrect ,Contacted Vodacom to sort out , only to be passed on to Elite Mobile .I have been dealing with Vodacom for 23 years, and this is the service you get , I want those upgrades reversed , and I seriously consider cancelling my contract. I'm a vodacom customer , not elite mobile , you speak to consultants that can't assist , they need to escalate the issue to somebody that does nothing about it. Chris Kruger 082-772-5660
Did an upgrade through the retention dept and was given promo data on my two contracts . This has dissapeared and can’t get through to anybody to help me with this problem . Vodacom has no official complaints channel in place . I have been a customer for 23 years but this is the last straw .
<p> Did an upgrade through the customer retention dept was promised a 1 Gig promo on my contract the first year has gone passed the 1 gig promo has lapsed and to try and get that re-instated seems to be a no win situation been trying for 2 weeks to resolve but the feed back and service from Vodacom is a joke.</p>
