Tsl legal work operations
Guys if you'll think italk is bad go to Tsl.legal Where do you get a CEO that is everyday at work entertaining gossips Kitchen microwaves doesnt work and huge roaches inside the earn that makes hot water The IT guy complains when tickets are logged because he wants to sit and watch cameras all day and screenshot problem so that he can get promotion Even worse case my team Leader Phumulani Makhubela I would not suggest any edc to hire a team leader like this ,he harass his agents Every week agents leave due to him When its loadshedding theres no backup you sit and do nothing and not get paid for your hours lost Theres a basic but you still get short paid due to there ****ed system call sword**** fish Basic 5.5k but you can even come out with 3.2 Team leaders harass us My colleague got fired just for not sitting straight up on a chair #tsllegal please fix yourself first You a Indian lady but you fire the Indian manager for nothing If your team doesnt bow down to you than you fire them 1st debt collection company I know of where all the books banks and retail has 1 target yoh 😂😭💔 Guys id prefer italk than tsl legal shame

Company kept my payment but refuses to update my Vodacom account
Paid off my account months ago but the company still has not updated my account. I have gone from pillar to post since August of this year to no avail. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of service.

Account on arrears
TSL Legal was appointed by Vodacom to handle a case against me, which was an account that is on arrears and had to be paid. Currently that case is now with ***** Disputes as it was confirmed that certain items were taken under my account but without my consent/ authority. TSL Legal keeps calling and sending emails which l find threatening even after l have stipulated that the case is being handled by *****s Disputes.

Settlement letter
TSL I have paid up my debt for well over a year now and each time I ask for a settlement letter I get excuses and not recieve it then when I make follow ups there is always an outstanding balance SEND ME MY SETTLEMENT LETTER. I'm tired of the excuses...

Prescribed Vodacom Debt
What a useless bunch of clowns , harrassing me for a prescribed Vodacom debt . They should definitely brush up on the prescription act . Don't threaten, sue me so we can sort this out in court.

Section 129 harassment
Dear TSL Legal, Please, please stop harassing me. Please update your records. I have been paying off this FNB account since the end of last year. Not with you but with a different lawyer. You are threatening me with section 129 for something that I have been paying for months. Please take me off your call list, mailing list, section 129 list and any other list. I am paying this account.

Shocking Service
Numerous calls and SMSs from TSL legal about an outstanding Vodacom Account that apparently has not been paid. They can't tell me how much and for what, I have requested emails from them to clarify this, but never received. When you try to contact them directly, the line cuts off.
