Paid off my account months ago but the company still has not updated my account. I have gone from pillar to post since August of this year to no avail. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of service.
Just want to commend the staff at the Fourways mall branch for their exceptional service, and the service assistant that helped me close my account. She was quick, friendly, and professional. I also did not have to wait for my settlement letter. The wonderful lady sent it immediately and updated my credit profile just as quickly. You guys are honestly the best!
Worst experience ever with Nicole Zondi the distance learning administrator. In all my years of studying through this institution, I have never struggled with communicating basic requirements and requests to an administrator of the institution as much I have with Nicole Zondi. My company wanted to pay for my fees last year and she failed to grant all the necessary documents and I had to forfeit and an entire semester because of this. Sent several emails to her explaining what I needed and each time she did not understand or assist in any way. Had a similar issue again this year where I asked for the same assistance, and had it not been for Kutlwano Malekane I probably would not have been to re-enrol again. She opened my designated modules late. I missed submission deadlines, and I am still struggling right now to get any form of assistance from her . She deleted my assignments that I had previously submitted and I am resubmitting from scratch and she keeps on deleting still. I am honestly at a loss for words at the level of incompetence and spite.
Ablution facilities not well kept, went there on several occasions after 5pm and there was urine all over the floors.
Food inspectors should visit the Pick n Pay branch in Vereeniging. When you enter the doors, you are greeted by a putrid smell of rotten meat.
Rented an apartment at their newly built apartments in Fochville with them that had so many issues, from leaking windows when it rained to rodents(rats to be specific) and issues with plumbing where a deep odor would permeate through my sink. Each complaint just fell on deaf ears until I opted to move out and despite giving the one month notice as the law suggests, getting a refund was literal hell. We had such high hopes for them as their affordable housing project was a first in our small town. Made so many excuses for them because we could tell some of the employees actually wanted to be of some help but the management leaves less to be desired.
The staff at Spur (Fochville) are absolutely amazing. 5 stars for incredible service and delicious food!!!!!!!!!!
Paid up my account in 2022 and have still not received my paid-up letter for an MRP account. Tried calling and emailing but each time was transferred to a different department. Issue still has not been resolved after a year. Horrible service received from the ground-up. Last email was to an Ivan Chetty who was absolutely useless.
Had an account with them and paid it up in 2022 but to date I am still struggling to get a paid up letter from them.
