Zero communication, it's frustrating!!!!!!!
Regret ever signing up with this academy. For a longest time, I was so unhappy with their service and decided to just deregister my son because their level of unprofessionalism is unmatched. I then paid my account fully and even paid their deregistration fee. Since last year early November, I'm trying to get hold of them with no luck, they ignore all my communication both via email and WhatsApp. What's shocking is they keep sending emails for invoices and texts on WhatsApp about handing over my "owing account" because it's long overdue. What the f***????

Account on arrears
TSL Legal was appointed by Vodacom to handle a case against me, which was an account that is on arrears and had to be paid. Currently that case is now with ***** Disputes as it was confirmed that certain items were taken under my account but without my consent/ authority. TSL Legal keeps calling and sending emails which l find threatening even after l have stipulated that the case is being handled by *****s Disputes.

Vodacom account on errears
I have an issue with Vodacom. Apparently they claim l owe them a huge amount of money. They even went out to transfer me to TSL Legal. l then requested statements, on the statement l received there are invoices that do not make sense to me. When l ask for clarity, my emails are not being attended too. When l call, nobody is able to answer. They send me to TSL Legal for answers, TSL Legal is sending me to Vodacom for answers. The TSL Legal is now threatening me to pay within 48hrs or serious actions will be taken against me. I then sent my bank statements which they were debiting on to show that the funds went through but l can see how they are incorporated in their statement. Kindly help!!!!!
