In all my years battle depression i always felt like talking was a waste of time. I even said it to clint the guy i spoke to at some stage. Not many people are aware of how amazing this is. It completely saved my life. Hearing him tell me it was ok and that i could get through it like i have in the past was all i needed to hear. Thank you clint. I have been with standard Bank for over 10 years. Its always fair and easy to deal with. Even when there is an issue they would still ensure the best service is provided ans not only that they ensure your money is safe by introducing multiple security features. They keep up with the times and the fraud team is always alerts making you not worry. The online experience is user friendly and the staff is like family. I honestly trust and thank my bank for the wonderful years.
They disconnected my view despite me paying. Worst part is I even paid more than the amount I was supposed to pay. Everyday for the last 3 days you keep switching off my connection saying I haven't paid. They asked me for proof of payment that I sent but yet again today I'm disconnected. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing.
Horrible service... I have been logging a claim for my laptop for over a month and I'm highly disappointed in the customer service provided. The stuff is rude and never follow up on what they promise. I've lost thousands of Rands because I don't have my laptop. I have been treated with no respect what's so ever. The people I get are rude and alwaya happy to drop the call after being on hold for more the 20 minutes each time. Ive called regarding my claim more than 8 times on my cellphone and each time I spend a rediculous amount of time as airtime is free. When I request to go through the complaints process Im never entertained. I know alot of people and would not recommend them to anyone. Worst service from the agents, worst claims process. My next steps are definitely to log a complaint with the ombudsman. I can not believe such an experience exists...
I took my car in for service 3 months ago and advised my brakes needed to be replaced. The car came back and I was advised everything is fine and I do not need to replace my brakes yet. I continued driving my car since I'm not the expert and the sound went away or wasn't too bad... The second I get another warning from the car stating I need to check injection I started panicking cause the sound suddenly started getting worse then I take in and then get slapped with the largest bill. I was so disappointed in renault and I don't know if Its because I am female or what but not the damage of the brakes had now caused more damage to the car... This is so not fair especially since I've only owned the Carr for just over a year and it hasn't even done 30000km ever
I am unable to reach the contact center. Everytime I call I stay on on for 8mins or so and expect to someone then the call dropped... I didn't get my data this month and I don't know why....
They refused to cancel my mother's contract even after it has ended. They then requested a letter requesting cancellation and even after multiple hand written request and emails they still do not want to. They then choose a direct debit date of they choice before the agree date causing bank charges. Then they say we need to pay missing payments....this has caused my mom so much stress due to them trying to fraud her into making payments.
All I wanted was credit Life cover and after spending 30mins on the phone I still did not get anyone to help. Instead after requesting for a manager I get put through a department that can help. Im am so shocked with the service I was given from my own bank that I trusted for 10 years... How could I possibly recommend them to anyone when you want to contribute to they business no one wants to help. All I wanted was to protect my credit.
Siya was such a great help when giving a quote for an additional car. Even though the price quoted was higher than I expected. I appreciated the level of service service he provide. Keep up the great work...
Make sure you fully understand what you get your self into. They not as transparent as they say they are... Highly hurt and disappointed and almost brought two more cars to them. I'm so grateful I did not. It's just sad that I now have to explore my options with alternative cover cause my trust in them has greatly depleted.
