No response to missing issues in a part-works subscription
I subscribed to a part-by-month build- Build the Jaguar E-type. For over two years I having been trying to get missing issues and continuation ones out of them. They have changed owners and are now trading as econovix. Still no success. I have just written them a nine page letter listing almost all my previous correspondence and hope this might elicit a fresh response... hopeful I remain.

Exceptional service
I ordered a small solar powered battery charger, which despite all my efforts would not charge. I logged onto their site and lodged a return request. At 08:00 the next morning they were at my doorstep. Then a week later they were back again with a replacement, which under the one testing condition I have used, is working soundly. And, no charge for the pick-up or re-delivery either. I think this exceptional service from a company that cares!

Standard Bank prompt response
I was scammed on my credit card, and when the money was debited, there was a tel number to phone which appeared on my cell. I had never heard of the people. St. Bank Fraud took up the case and stopped the card. THREE working days later I had a new card, and the money debited, was put back into my account! I thought that was pretty good and painless,
