Rude
Popped into Dischem Steeldale, the cleaning lady was mopping the isle, was absolutely so rude to me, as I accidently walked where she was cleaning and spoke to me in a tone that I did not approve of. With all the feet coming in, I would think cleaning and keeping the isle clean was part of her working day. To be treated with contempt as a paying customer, needs to be addressed. by her management.

Awful
The store at Blue Crane Meyersdale is seriously lacking customer service, some of your cashiers need more training in being polite when dealing with customers, they certainly are not doing me any favors by serving me. Your manager is very unfriendly and takes his time to come out and address his customers, when he does there is no assistance, too easy to say they don't keep the stock.

Uncalled for
Went shopping for tiles to re-do my Unit 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms and the patio area. I had found what I was looking for and went to the till to pay, I asked the question to the lady that was serving me, do you have a pensioners day, ONLY to be told, we as pensioners earn enough money without getting a discount, Thought she was been very funny in front of her colleague and customers. I was very offended and cancelled the order. Never to go back.

UIF Queen
Thank you Elodie for all you assistance, it was very stressful and frustrating time for me, I had been back and forth for One and a Half years trying to sort out my UIF without any success, Elodie came to my rescue and assisted me with absolute professionalism. I would highly recommend UIF Queen. I am waiting for my payment, which I believe is due to be paid in the next week.

Bad servise
Looking for a makeup product unfortunately they did not have the stock on the shelf, when I needed assistance I looked around and found a lady at the Clarrens counter doing her eyebrows she was far to busy with her makeup, she ignored the customer... I feel the staff should do makeup in their own time.
