Customer service bad
The lady called ANNA at the order point seems very disinterested in her job an is unfriendly and hesitant to speak up clearly. Not an asset to customer service

Support.
Communicating with Safarinow to sort out booking queries is almost not possible. They dont answer calls, emails Or return calls even if you request them to do so. This is the second time in 5 months that I had to endure this unprofessional behaviour from Safaricom

Unauthorized Credit Card deduction
<p>This company advertize in the internet a free sample of their products and one only has to pay the shipping costs of $2.95. What they are not explicitly clear about is that after 14 day of the order you are automatically receieving a months supply for every month thereafter and your credit card gets debited with an exorbitant amount every month. Al this happen without your concent or approval and it amounts to plaing simple mal busines practice and fraud. Luckily my banks Fraud department managed to reverse the transaction. I want the world to be aware and very careful in dealing with this business.</p>
