BEWARE OF SANLAM AND THEIR ADVISORS
Sanlam sent one of their "best advisors" to assist me in sorting out the mess they created. Nicky Blignaut came to see me, very friendly, but please beware as the friendliness is only a front. I told her that I would like to retire with comfort. She consulted with me and placed my retirement annuity on a echo bonus system. The advisor fees, administration fees and cost is more than the premiums, resulting in my annuity not growing at all. Actually it decreased to cover the cost. When I equired, it was stated that my annuity was placed in the market. Who in their right mind will place an annuity in the market!! Please be vigilant.

Poor service
Vodacom is not even worth the 1 star. I would not recommend vodacom Fibre at all. Their service is very bad, pathetic. I have been struggling for 3 days straight to sort out my internet problem and they always state the manager is busy they will escalate the matter. Nothing has been done as yet and conviently the technician is off. Nobody is phoning me back and when I phone they will escalate it. How many times do you have to escalate the matter before you realised it is not working!!!!!!! !. No manager, no supervisor. Very poor service

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p>They installed my gutters. Very friendly and their work is up to standard. But to sort out a simple problem is a nightmare. My invoice is incorrect and my property has been damaged. I have spoken to the owner. He made an appointment and never pitched. I have send him numerous sms's but his response was do what you have to do. According to their website is it client focused at all times which is not the case. The invoices are incorrect and they are not prepared to fix damages they caused to the property</p>

Discriminating against plus size people
<p>I applied for a liberty life policy. The nurse had to come out 3 times to make double sure there is nothing wrong with my health. My policy has been accepted BUT I have to pay twice the normal tarrif because of my weight. There is absolutly nothing wrong with me, my cholestrol is normal, my heart rate is normal, I don't smoke and I don't drink but yet I am a risk</p>
