So I requested a loan settlement amount with Nedbank Money App, made the payement.. come end of the Month Nedbank charges me insurance and admin fee for the loan thats paid off and a lady by the Name of Nosipho Ncambi tells me the charges cant be reversed? i bank with nedbank and today they lost a client

Struggling to get my money out of elctio
<p>i have been struggling to get my money out for almost 4months now, i bought a green basket lastyear and i told tem to sell my basket in march untill today nothing, and what is sad is they do not update you on anything they just go silent, i was told it will take 6-8 weeks but now im on week 16 with no update from them Nothing, how can one invest more with this guys if they cant pay back one basket?</p>
