I was contacted by an individual from a company that calls themselves RSA Debt Consolidation, and the documentation underwritten by Rulich Pretorius Attorneys who also have a **** no 071 355 5950. They instruct you to do debicheck debit orders on your account so you cant stop them unless you open a new account and they cant access it. I have asked for documets, or proof that they are communicating wiith my service providers/creditors and to date nothing. they have gone through my account today and are blocking calls. There is Corne', Charlie and Lisa. Please dont allow these people to rob you. I am crying every day.
I am still reliving the nightmare from this institution. They promised they will assist with my stress and instead created more. In February 2021 on my birthday after I received my yearly bonus, a consultant named Kyle from this institution got all my money taken from my FNB account. He never disclosed at any point that by entering into debt review fnb will automatically settle their overdraft, credit card even your revolving/access loan. That month I ended up having no electricity, no petrol. All my accounts went into arrears and to date I'm still trying to catch up. BEWARE. They are not honest!
It's a scam. We are sue in court on the 06th of April 2022 for stealing R13 500 from me. Mthokozisi Ngubane is a fraud. Don't ever give him money
I delivered my baby on the 21st of December and was discharged from hospital Christmas eve. This being my 4th ceasarian I am unable to move about still and have no nanny since its December holidays. My parents have COVID and I am unable to get them to assist. On the 29th of December I contacted Medshield to find out how do I add my new born as a dependant the consultant advised that I need to complete a 3 page new -born registration form, which she will mail me and a birth certificate, in which I explained my story of being able to go to Home affairs at the moment and still have till 21 January to get a birth certificate. She then confirmed that the Birth Confirmation for registration of birth at home affairs and medical aid from Mediclinic hospital will be sufficient. She also advised that I will have to pay for my daughter from the day she was born, and not the day the cover will start......which I don't understand if shes not registered or they are now refusing to register without a birth certificate. I then got the form printed, completed them and mailed back with the hospital confirmation. Today I received an email from an Agare Modumedi stating that they wont cover her without a birth certificate. When you call them back, they closed offices cause they out on a function. So why would I be paying for cover from the 21st of December 2021, but they refusing to register my child. Should something happen to my child and she needs medical cover and they out having fun and not putting their clients first. This type of service is very disappointing to me, especially if it concerns a very crucial part of my life and my childs well-being!
I have been a client of MIWAY for 5 years and never claimed on my vehicle insurance. on the 10th of May 2021 I logged a claim after an accident. I was directed to take my car to Husson Motors for Assessment which I did on the same day. I received an email that my DEDICATED Claims Advisor would be Mzwakhe Mathebula. I tried to email him during that first week and call to arrange my vehicle to be towed since it was no longer drivable. The whole week passed and no response and no phone call and no updates. eventually I resorted to chat online where one of the advisors assisted me with arrangement of towing and accessing a rental vehicle from AVIS. So after a week of waiting, Friday the 14th my car was towed to N&M Motors, NOT Hussons where assessment was done. Saturday the 15th I contacted MIWAY again and an Agent by the name of Vuyo assisted with Car hire from Avis. He further mentioned on the RECORDED CALL that I qualified for a R1000 discount on my excess. I picked up the rental avis vehicle on the 15th of may 2021 and must return on 15 of June 2021. Monday 17th of May 2021, I called and emailed again the dedicated advisor to find out any progress made regarding the outcome of my claim, nobody responded. I waited the whole week, calling and nobody could help me. Whichever agent I spoke too, told me my claim is not finalised they awaiting assesment/quote from Hussons. I contacted Hussons where they forwarded me the email they sent to MIWAY already with the assessment results on the 10th of May 2021. I asked the agents at my way, what was taking long...they said they will get my DEDICATED Claims Advisor to contact me. That week finished with no call from MIWAY. On the 24th of May 2021, Solomon Seima from Miway called me to tell me he is busy with the investigation for my claim and he needs me to give authorisation for MIWAY to contact TRACKER and get certain information from them. I agreed, Tracker was contacted and he said he will finalise his report and my DEDICATED Claims Advisor Mzwakhe Mathebula will contact me. The whole week went by, NO UPDATE OR FEEDBACK FROM MIWAY Tuesday the 01st of June 2021, after hearing NOTHING from MIWAY, I contacted Solomon Seima and told him that I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN NOR RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE DEDICATED CLAIMS ADVISOR SINCE INCEPTION OF MY CLAIM! He then escalated the matter to Victoria Baloi who contacted me on the 01st of June 2021 and told me my claim has been approved and Hussons Motors authorised to carry out the work. Oh lets not forget that the Monthly Debit order never gets forgotten to be debited, like how they forget their clients. I mentioned that my car is lying at L&M Motors and they should have towed it to Hussons initially. She said she will arrange the tow to Hussons, THIS WAS ON WEDNESDAY, 2nd of June 2021. Again the whole week went, no feedback, no updates. Monday 7th of June 2021, I received an email that my car is at HUSSONS and they will be starting with the work. My excess is R3500 (which should be R2500) and they further provide me with Hussons contact details. Today 09th of June 2021, I receive a call from Hussons and they want to know if MY VEHICLE IS IN MY POSSESSION, SINCE ITS NOT AT THEIR PREMISES. I sent Victoria Baloi an email, these are 4 RESPONSES I would like to get from Miway: - Why allocate me a FICTITIOUS Claims Advisor by the name of Mzwakhe Mathebula? - Where is my car? Hussons says its not at their premises as stated by the email received on Monday from MIWAY. - AVIS what will you do because I am not returning he rental until I have my car, since ce it is not my fault that you are delaying my claim. - Excess was confirmed at R2500 as per agent. Apparently I qualified for a R1000 discount. Please make Recording available and rectify.
My medshied medical aid was terminated due to non payment. To have it reinstated i had to write an email, which i did and they replied yhat if i paid my account to date it will reinstared. On the 19th of May 2021 i paid and emailed credit control proof. On thd 21st of May i received a reinstatement letter. At 1am on sat 22nd of May i received a termination letter again. Guess what, they dont work on weekends. So now i must wait for monday to call and waste my tume trying to sort this out. I have been a client of miway for a while now. They introduced a cover to me called Mi Smart that I pay a premium of R60.43 for since 2019. when i added Mi Smart it spoke that it covers minor dents, scratches, and chipped windscreens. From last week 21/01/2020 i have been sent to pillar to post trying to put in a claim. its not available to claim on my app. i call the miway claim no 0119900022, they tell me there is a dedicated division for this MiSmart which i called 0860 103 319 and spoke to a guy named Sipho who told me he cant find me on the system. WHAT? i left all my details for him to come back to me by end of day yesterday, NOTHING!!!! Why are they taking my money for a cover that does not exist! As i write this i have not received any assistance after numerous calls and explaining myself over and over again.
Good day, Yesterday afternoon 07 November 2019, at about 10:45 I visited The Grove Vodacom store to do a sim swap after my old sim was damaged. After 40 minutes waiting they were unable to assist me - sighting an error on my number. The agent there then contacted customer care on my behalf where I got through. After another 45 mins holding and waiting she managed to do the sim swap. I was told the phone will work in about 3 hours. The minute the phone came on I received an sms that I need to RICA at my nearest beach. Hell No! I was not going back there, AND why was I not informed whilst at the store to give them my ID and proof of residence since I had it on hand? That’s not where it ends. This morning I wake up to a cell phone that reads ‘no service’! I am unable to do anything on this phone!!!!!!! I can’t even call customer care, hence this email. Please escalate this matter cause I do all my work and business on it. I am loosing money and time with an unreachable number!!!!! Cell no in question: 0727462407 Phone used: IPhone 7 Plus Email to reach me on: gberlington@gmail.com Regards - An unhappy Gugulethu Berlington ( this is not my first experience with Vodacom on this matter!)

You approach loan tracker because you're desperate for financial assistance, only to find that they are going to debit your account and call it an activation fee whilst there was no loan made. Their 'online loan application' is not that, its disguised as that so that you fill in your information only to find they going to use it to access your account. There are no documents that were signed and no loan offered but they debit your account. Is not an activation fee charged for when a loan become active? And the online loan application for applying for a loan? They lure people just to deceive them. Why indebt someone who came to you because they are in need of money?
