For an online experience this was off the charts, the service I received both online and on the phone was incredible. I will definately use Bethanie Hardware again.
After 12+ calls with Telkom, speaking to multiple technicians, that’s even If I get through to someone, we still have not had any fiber connection for 4 days straight. For an established company in South Africa, this service and client relations management should not be tolerated. This both impacts on my son’s university and has now been creating huge disruptions to our day to day life. It’s a real pity that Telkom holds a monopoly in this country...
As a result of a mechanical breakdown with my sons car today, we landed up talking to Zunaid Joseph at the call centre. Gosh what excellent service we received, he followed up continuously with us to ensure we were off the road and in a safe space and once a recovery vehicle was arranged he kept on checking in with us to see that the vehicle had been collected and taken to the nearest dealer. 10/10 to him.
