<p>Begining of February 2017,shortly after the funeral of my ex husband,a man Andre claiming to be Discovery investigator came to see me.He told me that he is investigating a fraud claim because somebody claimed from them claiming that she is married to my ex husband.I gave him all the information he wanted and even appended my signature to that information.He promised to keep me posted and vanished.At some time i called Discovery but he was not available at that time but days down the line he called me to say in a weekks time he will be returning to the Eastern Cape and the case is now being handled by the police and again he promised to inform me.It is now June 2017 and I have not heard from him.I need to know what is happening to the case as I assisted him with the information he required,i deserve to know.I mean they just cannot use me to get the culprit and they dont come back to me to tell me what is the outcome</p>
<p>i went to FNB (ALICE BRANCH)to assist my disabled brother make a new card.I went inside to request a wheel chair as he had just applied for one from the state.To my suprise they did not have a wheelchair and it is a shame to find out that a highly regarded bank is not having such a resourse to assists its crippled clients with a wheel chair to access their service.The lady Ayanda went outside the bank to assist him in the car,otherwise we would have carried him inside on our own.I am just disappointed that in this day and age,disabled people are still not catered for especially in institution like these.Although the manager showed no interest when i proposed to him that he needs to advocate for a bank owned wheelchair,which will be requested by the clients like these to be brought inside the bank,i still maintain or propose that the bank owned wheelchair be purchased and i expect to see it the next time i visit that branch.It is indeed a disgrace not to have it because not only abled persons are clients but also the disabled ones and remember,these are the most vulnerable group in our communities</p>
on 06 February 2017 i lodged a claim on retirement annuity of my late ex husband.with the assistance of their consultant Jammie of East london brannch i completed and submitted all the forms and all the necessary documents.The month went by without being consulted or being reported back to.i would call them for feedback and they will tell me that it is with the board of trustess or they will again ask me to submit documents that i have submitted already or the will say they sent me an email to request a n outstanding document when i have never recieved such.i feel like they are making a fool of me because they will insist on having sent me an email,when i have never recieved any email from them.one time they said they are awaiting verdict from their board of trustees on the 13th of March and i had to call them to hear that there is an outstanding document.they never bother themselves to call me as soon as they realise that there is a document outstanding.the way they do business its like they are a newly established company when they are a long existing company and the question of outstanding documents seem to be their delaying tactic,when children of the deceased are suffering in the absence of their father.morever even myself i am awaiting to hear from them with regards to my 50% portion as stipulated on the divorce decree i submitted.they are just quiet with no feedback as to how far are they with the claim.Their consultants make me feel like i am insane when they allerge to have sent me an email.I still maintain that Sanlam is a long existing company,you would expect their processes to be sped up atleast.we trust them with our monies and my husband never defaulted in any case,we do not deserve this treatment.may be they are forgetful that their salaries depend on our loyalty in paying out the premiums.This is really frustrating.i wish they can take their business seriousll while they treating their clients with great respect as i feel disrespected
<p>i am a teacher wth eastern cape department of education nd i found out i april tht theres an old mutual deduction of a sum of R501 from my pearsal. i never took any policy from old mutual nd i decided to contact their local office in east london. they told me that they are unable to help me because they said its the national office that has the power to do cancellations and refunds. they gave me the office number which i phoned but up until now they never refund my money back or call me. please hellopeter help me to get my refund back because i wad defrauded.</p>
<p>i hv been unsubcribing with Trovit home alerts since begining of June but heyyy it looks like its all in vain as they send me more than 80 alerts per day which i dont need and that is hammering my data bundles.they need to stop this craziness and try to meet me half way with the bundles that i have lost.i have also tried to email them also to stop this but the emails keep on coming back.they have to stop this madness yhuuuu</p>
