Game Card Fraud
Fraud on my GAME store card amd no one responds. I received a message of purchases made on my card (which has been paid off for a very long time) I immediately phone (no answer so I email) and request that its fraud that it needs to be investigated and that my card should be blocked so we can stop further purchases. Nope none of the above happens and a week later another sms for another purchase. Now im furios another email then someone from RCS responds with send us your id and card nr. A week later oh there has been two purchases on your card if its not u then get affidavit etc etc and email to disputes. I have done all of this and gotten my attorney involed but still no response. NOW I GET A. MESSAGE YOUR ACCOUNT WAS DUE 1 SEP ( and theres interest and insurance etc on there.). Worst of all on my Game app (which I had to download because Game never answers emails or calls) the purchases was made at Shoprite and Usave???? How is that possible? I need answers now. GAME /RCL GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. HOW DO YOU OFFEER CREDIT FACILITIES BUT NO SECURITY.

DISHONEST COMPANY - SCAMSTERS It's one of those companies that answer all calls and emails and follow up on payment, then confirms that your order will be delivered to your company, then the order just never arrives. Then suddenly no communication, phone just rings, no one responds to emails. SCAMSTERS. I also find it very amusing that there are positive comments on Hello Peter for this company, must be their owners trying to make as if they are a "fantastic" company. Placed the order and paid on the 29th of June, Delivery was promised for the week of the 1- 7th July. Bags never came, no communication on our refund, had to source the bags from else where to get our orders out. Tinus Joubert refuses to answer his phone and it's the only nr for the company that is an actual nr. All other nr listed on their invoices / FB pages etc does not exists. SCAMSTERS!

WHAT THE HELL?
<p>Settled my outstanding amount on my account in 2015, kept the card for movies etc but have not purchased something on credit since. Received montly statements via mms stating that I have credit available but owe nothing (obviously i delete these messages- and if there was an amout outstanding I would have immediatly settled as this would have compromised my credit rating, which has been perfect seeing that I've bought cars and houses with no problem) yesterday 8 May 2017 I get an SMS stating that I have to pay today (8May 2017) even if its a small outstanding amount ...I think must be fraud cause I have not EVER used my store credit since 2015. BUT NO there is a R91 someting outstanding on my account. When I phone the call center they say they cant give me answers and someone will investigate and call me back, today (9 May 2017) they phone me stating that in 2015 I made an ATM payment for R500 and outstanding then allready was the R90 (with interest now R91 something) THIS IS BIZARRE, surely I would have received a SMS or something in the last two years asking WHEN ARE YOU PAYING. Now Edcon will email me statements (I'm still waiting) for the past 2 years (as per my request) to show me where my outstanding amount comes form. </p> <p> </p> <p>SMELLS LIKE CORUPTION TO ME!!!!</p>
