Boss catering Equipment- stay away
I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Boss Catering Equipment. I have been struggling with one slushy machine for over two years, and despite numerous returns and attempts to get it fixed, it still doesn't work properly. I even decided to buy a brand new machine straight out of the box, only to find it was broken as well! I've now wasted R26,000 on equipment that I can't use. After countless calls and being given the runaround, I still have no answers or solutions. Now, with summer in full swing, I'm stuck with two non-functional slushy machines. It’s unacceptable to run a business like this, leaving customers high and dry. This has been nothing but money down the drain because of Boss Catering. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Always fully booked
<p>We have been with dream vacation club for some time now and its the worst investment i have ever made!!! In the beginning with there proposal and sales pitch , everything sounds fantastic. But its not!!!!!!! U have to book some of the nice listed hotels a year a head to hopefully get accommodation. I am a business owner and one off my main problems is that i cant plan a holiday a year a head , if the opportunity knocks for an instantaneous brake away i have to grab it with both arms and them i have to pay for my vacation because " we are sorry sir but the hotel is fully booked ". Which i am sure will be the case over a skool holiday or December vacation. But middle of the month with an empty hotel where there is apparently no rooms available ........... Al i had to do is go to the front desk and ask them for a room, pay the amount due and i am booked in. When i asked the front of house staff whether they are busy with plenty of holiday makers they reply with " no sir , the hotel is only 30 % booked". So this is mind boggling because according to dream vacation club the hotel is fully booked. Don't know how u are supposed to use your points that will expire if there is never any hotels available of my own choosing??</p>
