I dont really know how to explain this. But this company advertises on Facebook and they have drained my bank account leaving me in a very bad financial state. These are the numbers they advertise with. 0670967774,07135160083,0656060609. I would like to let people know out there to be very aware of these fraudster tactics. They offer this wonderful opportunity for a loan. They act like they know exactly what they doing. They request an up front admin fee that is repayable with the loan. As soon as the admin fee is paid that's when the problem really excallates, then they need more money for transfer fees. Once you have paid the transfer fees then they need more fees for tax purposes. They do this so tactfully that people are gulabile and expect the loan to be paid. I give them a very bad ratting for portraying false information ans stealing money from poor people. This company needs to be stripped off the media platform as they get very poor people into more debt than they originally where. Hellopeter please get these people published to people tell them to research before they make any deals with them. They are thieves. You will never see your money again.
Good Day This is my second complaint that I am logging I received a priority reference number thinking that my ewallet issue would be resolved. To my suprise no one has contacted me I have been on the phone every day since the 16 June 2020 to sort out this issue of a hold on my ewallet to be uplifted. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received over the past 37 days trying to sort out this query. Till now I have received no positive response from team leaders whom I believe need to resolve this issue. Please could someone assist me in this matter urgently. I have run out of options on what to do. I have spent endless hours speaking to agents. PLEASE COULD SOMEONE TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIST ME.
Good Day I have been struggling to access an ewallet with FNB for the last three weeks. Not one consultant nor a supervisor is available to assist me. I keep getting told that my account has been sorted out and that I am able to access the ewallet. Everyday I obtain a pin to withdraw the ewallet and everyday I have had the same problem for the last three weeks. I have to keep calling into explain myself everyday as I am not transferred to a supervisor whom I have requested assistance from. I was told that supervisors are not available to assist. Furthermore my query was supposed to be resolved in 24 to 48hrs. I have been to an FNB branch and I have been put on a call to the ewallet department and sat waiting on the line for hours. I have a reference number which means absolutely nothing to me 342935Q. I am totally disgusted at the poor quality that I am receiving from a Bank that says: "How can we help You" They clearly cannot help. Should anyone have the courage to assist me and to finalise my problem without me holding on for hours or days. I would appreciate it very much.
<p>A month ago the company gladly deducted 300.00 from my account. It took them a month to find out that I am not suitable for their package. Now they say that the money in non refundable. Robbery who can afford to give someone 300.00 just like that. I had to call and make enquiries on this application. </p> <p>Not happy with this service and will not recommend that people use this service.</p>
