I woud really not recommend this service provider to anyone. I ordered from them via their website and the fabric received was totally different than what was advertised. It's not just a slight monitor colour difference. I had to phone a few times before the person dealing with this queries phoned me back . After that, he gave me the whattsup number to sent the photos to . Now he is reading my messages but not giving feedback or even replying, It's not that i can use the fabric for something else because it is 50 meters . If the picture on the website was correct i wouldn't have order the fabric. He is playing with my lively hood .
Having to deal with the loss of a loved one and to have Sanlam Trust handle the estate was a absolute nightmare . Since the beginning of the estate they just do not bother to answer emails, or give proper assistance with anything. When you question or ask about something instead of giving you a direct answer they make all this bold statements and is condescending and patronizing without answering what you actually ask about . I will not recommend them at all , i regret the day the broker convince me that they are professional and competant , because i did not experienced that .
I 've been struggling for a month just to change my surname on my vodacom statement due to marriage. First i was advised to mail the supporting documents to customer care, when i phoned to check progress the documents was suppose to go to another department , i did that and when i phoned they said it was the wrong id . Even though it was the right Id document , i then resended the documents then they couldn't open the documents , the documents was in the same format as the previous time ??? then i resended everything again then the marriage certificate was not there, i took pictures of the mails showing that the documents was there and SUPRISE when i received my statements it was still on my previous surname. The consultant advise the beginning of the month it was something that only takes 24 Hours . Yeah right. If vodacom can not even manage to do something this small i don't think this is a company i want to do business with, i've been with vodacom for 25+ years but i'm done now.
