Money not paid
I have been waiting since 2024/10/17 for a payout into my bank-account. I have spoken to the chat personnel 3 times already and every time it gets escalated. Please return my money to by account or restore it to my Goldrush wallet.

Replacement when pen was received cracked/damaged
I have ordered multiple times already and the response has always been superb. This time one of the pens was cracked and even from day 1 it behaved differently when injecting, I noticed a crack and contacted Juiceheads, they replaced the item, and I received the replacement pen within 3 days. Super service!!!!

No Service!!!
<p>Kirby offers a very nice service where they pick up your machine from home no charge, fixes it and brings</p> <p>it back. That is very nice unless the different brances somehow gets your telephone number incorrect and shifts the blame between the brances and the customer sits with a non-functioning machine at home waiting for the very nice pick-up service to happen, hopefully eventually after the customer has to figure out why the pick-up is not happening as scheduled..</p>
