https://heavenlykittens.co.za/ is an online scam website. They respond quickly as the alias Michelle Meyer via email (michellemeyer029@gmail.com) and Whats App on number (+27 63 531 1198). It all seems legit, when you place your order they inform you that they are based far from your location and have to courier (fly) your pet to you. The next day you'll receive a Whatsapp (+27 63 531 1198) confirmation and email (acespeeddeliverysa@safrica.com) from Ace Speed Delivery confirming delivery and requesting that you require an Electronic Temperature Regulator Crate before transportation can commence and requesting you to pay an additional R6000. You'll never receive your pet......this is a huge scam
Property24 charges a fee to advertise your listing for 3 months, the more expensive option includes a lot of features, including that their agents will contact and manage potential leads and interest in your ad. I can confidently state that this is NOT the case, after multiple leads and no contact from Prpoerty24, I had to contact potential customers myself. Only to find out that they have never been contacted by Property24 or been informed that they have informed the owner of their interest (which is NOT true). I have escalated my concerns to their management, which they assured me would be rectified. After this engagement, the service delivery was even worse. I would advise people NEVER to use this paid for service. There is no value in this.

So, I signed up for the Vitality active rewards with Apple watch, wich seemd like a good thing to do due to the fact that I'm quite active and I get a cool device whereby I can track my workouts.

All went well for the first couple of months (I achieved my goals = Discovery paid my monthly apple watch premuim). My points monitor kept on climbing up (which is ok, as I need to improve my fitness).

When my points reached 400 points per week I started to struggel to achieve the 400 points per week on a regular basis. Please see below the actual situation: (Based on 8 week cycle of 400 points to reach)

· 1st Week 400 points = Achieved

· 2nd Week 400 points = Not Achieved

· 3rd Week 400 points = Not Achieved

· 4th Week 400 points = Not Achieved

· 5th Week 400 points = Not Achieved

· 6th Week 400 points = Not Achieved

· 7th Week 400 points = Not Achieved

· 8th Week 400 points = Achieved

According to my calculation, I had a 25% achievment rate across the 8 week cycle. The following week, Discovery increased my points to 500 points per week.

I made contact with them telephonically and via e-mail and no one could provide me with anwsers on how they justify increasing my weekly points to 500 if I have been struggeling to achieve 400 per week.

The anwsers they could provide: "Please note that when you achieve your weekly goals, goals will progressively increase by increments of 100 points, to a maximum of 1 200 points. Once you have reached the maximum of 1 200 points, the weekly 1 200-point goal will be maintained” and “When you do not achieve a fitness goal, it initially remains as is and is adjusted downwards over time if you continues not achieving the goal”

I'm very unsatisfied, as the end result does not equal their explanations.
